1. Eligible users: CGU full-time faculty, staff and students.
2. Service: Document delivery (photocopies) and book loan
3. Application procedure:
(1) Submit an online request form.
(2) Receive a Pickup Notification Email: If payment is required, please pay in advance at the payment machine on the 2nd floor of the First Medical Building or via Line Pay at the library Circulation Desk.
(3) Pick up documents at the Library Circulation Desk: If payments is required, please bring the proof of payment when collecting your items.
4. Fees:
(1) RapidILL Service: Free of charge for this academic year.
(2) NDDS Subsidy of NTD$500 per full-time faculty member and NTD$230 per graduate student for this academic year.
5. Turnaround Time:
(1) RapidILL : Approximately 2-3 working days
(2) NDDS for domestic library : Approximately 5-7 working days.
(3) NDDS for overseas library : Approximately 14-21 working days.
6. Pickup & Service Access Reminder
(1) If documents are not collected within three months, they will be forwarded to the applicant’s department office.
(2) The applicant’s interlibrary loan service access will be temporarily frozen until their email address is verified to properly receive library notifications.
(3) Please pay attention to notifications and complete pickup and email verification promptly to maintain your service eligibility.
